RETURN POLICY

You may return UNOPENED and UNUSED items for a full refund within 30 days of original purchase. Refunds will be issued when products are returned and meet the requirements for return items. Refunds are usually processed within 14 business days of receiving the products. E-liquids, E-juice, coils/atomizer heads, promotional items, opened cartridges or any other consumable products are not eligible for return/refund/exchange. External batteries (Li-ion/Li-Po) are also ineligible for refund/return/exchange.


In addition to returning a product for refund, a 15% restocking fee will be charged. The sender is responsible for all shipping charges on return/refund/exchange items, shipping charges are non-refundable. If a product that initially received free shipping is returned, you will be responsible for the initial shipping cost associated with delivery and the costs will be charged to the credit card on file. Remember that promotional free shipping is a promotion and not counted as full cost of shipping.


Customers assume all costs of returning products to us, and we assume the costs of replacement parts/products as well as the shipping costs of returning items back to the customer.

WARRANTY TERMS

All products purchased from Wismec.us are eligible for our 90-day warranty against manufacturer defects from the date of purchase. Further, this warranty only covers defects in materials and workmanship from the manufacturer. It does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or abuse intentional or accidental by the user. Any requests for warranty on products displaying signs of tampering, misuse, or abuse will be denied. All warranty claims will be cross-referenced with our database, as only products purchased directly from Wismec.us are eligible for our 90-day warranty against manufacturer defects, please be sure to include the name used on the original purchase as well as the order number.


If you feel you may have a defective product, please contact our customer support by telephone: (844) 632-5240 Monday – Friday 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. PST or by email: service@wismec.us. All shipping costs incurred with returning the product(s) for warranty are to be assumed by the sender. Please note that we require all defective products to be photographed prior to returning the products to us in case of any damages that may have occurred after the product has departed from the sender. If the product(s) are found to be in working condition and no defects are found, you will be charged for shipping to and from destinations.


Warranty Return Process:

3. Package products with appropriate packaging to ensure safety of devices
4. Include all appropriate paperwork, RMA#, proof of purchase, etc.
5. Ship your items as soon as possible at your expense


A customer service representative will inform you upon our receipt of your warranty/return/exchange product(s). We always recommend using delivery confirmation/ tracking shipping when products are returned to us.
