    We always want you to feel great about your Wismec shopping experience. We handle returns and exchanges on a case-by-case scenario with the objective of making our customers satisfied with their purchase from us.

     

    Return & Replacement

     

    For purchases of BATTERY/MOD items, each product purchased from this website directly comes with a 90-Day Limited Warranty from the date of shipment.

    In order to be eligible for service under warranty, you must initiate a return process by contacting us at within 90 days of original purchase. The 90-Day Limited Warranty excludes coverage for damage resulting from accidents, abuse, disassembly, customized modification, or user-error. Furthermore, consequential and incidental damages are not covered under this warranty.

     

    Return & Refund

     

    We gladly accepts returns of defective BATTERY/MOD items purchased from this website directly for a refund within a 24-Hour period from the time of delivery.

    In order to be eligible for service under warranty, you must initiate a return & refund process by contacting us at within 24 hours of delivery time. The 24-Hour Refund Guarantee excludes coverage for damage resulting from accidents, abuse, disassembly, customized modification, or user-error. Furthermore, consequential and incidental damages are not covered under this warranty.

     

    To initiate a return & replacement/refund process, please note that:

     

    1.We may request for you to email us at within eligible replacement / refund period with photos and/or a video of damaged or defective merchandise prior to sending the items back. We will also email you with troubleshooting steps. Troubleshooting steps are required to speed up the return process and assist you in avoiding any return processing fees.

    2. We require the S/N and security code that are located on the package box in order to process the warranty service. Please do not dispose of the packaging contents within the warranty period.

    Shipping Costs

     

    In regards to the cost of shipment for Return & Replacement, customers are responsible for the costs to ship the items back to us. Once we receive the items and approve the return, we will bear the shipping costs for the replacement items. In regards to the cost of shipment for Return & Refund, we will bear all the shipping costs.

     

    "Dead on Arrivals" (DOA)

     

    All "Dead on Arrivals" (DOA), Missing, or Wrong Item claims must be reported back to us within 24 hours from the time of delivery. Please inspect your items carefully upon receiving it, it is your responsibility to check within the time span and notify us of any problem. Minor scratches, cosmetic issues, and discoloration are considered normal wear and tear and is not covered by warranty.

    We do not guarantee compatibility between items. If you have any questions about compatibility, please do your research or send us a question before placing your order. We will not accept returns due to incompatibility.

     

    Refund for Canceling Order

     

    Items in your order we haven’t made shipment will be made refund ASAP after we receive your reasonable request. Any service charge required by payment platform caused by the refund shall be at your expense.
